The Directors of the L & D Group, Darren Parker and Louis Baverstock, have over 35 years combined experience in mechanical and electrical engineering between them. They served their apprenticeships together 18 years ago before forming their own businesses. After 14 years of perfecting not only their own craft, but other areas of expertise, Darren and Louis combined their skills and knowledge to form their current partnership, successfully launching the L & D Group. This amalgamation of their respective experience and skillset means that the Group now occupies an enviable position in the market, offering specialist expertise in commercial and domestic mechanical and electrical engineering.

The Directors have specialised in all areas of mechanical and electrical services and have provided large-scale plumbing and heating services for major property developers, housing associations and local authorities including developments involving the construction of hundreds of houses.

Established in 2015, L & D Group have grown to become the business they are today. They specialise in installing, servicing and maintaining central heating systems, air source heat pumps on large-scale new build projects and regeneration projects. The Group employs a team of 24 engineers who are currently working on a number of major housing developments and regeneration works across the South West of England. In the last 6 years, L & D Group have experienced unprecedented levels of success and growth, which has resulted in an expanded service portfolio. For example, they now offer electrical works, other building services and are one of the leading installers of green energy systems in the South West. They are currently working on the installation of renewable energy systems in hundreds of properties across the region and with their MCS accreditation, they can deliver the full package with fully qualified Daikin installers, gas engineer and electrical engineers.

We are specialist Air Source Heat Pump Installers [MCS] and we are registered with Trustmark through RECC for your installation, maintenance, and replacement needs.
